Car Park – Terms and Conditions
  1. All parking users entering or remaining within any of our parking facilities acknowledge and agree to be bound by these general Terms and Conditions, as well as any site-specific regulations posted at the location.
  2. All parking users are required to strictly comply with all traffic, directional, and safety signage posted within the facility; violators will be subject to fines or administrative charges.
  3. All visitors are required to pay the applicable car park tariffs. Failure to do so will result in the issuance of a fine and/or additional penalties imposed by the relevant authorities.
  4. All accidents, vehicle damage, or security incidents occurring within the premises must be reported immediately to onsite security personnel.
  5. Overnight parking is strictly prohibited at designated developments unless prior written authorisation is obtained. Unauthorised vehicles remaining after hours will be subject to fines and/or towing at the owner’s expense.
  6. At designated barrierless and cashless parking facilities, payments are accepted exclusively via online platforms; cash payments will not be facilitated.
  7. The company is not responsible for any vehicles parked within the facility; all vehicles are parked entirely at the owners’ risk. Furthermore, the company accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of any items stored or kept inside the vehicle. The company advises users not to keep any valuable items inside their vehicles while parked.
  8. The development’s management and operator reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, modify parking zones, or adjust parking fees at any time, with or without prior notice.
  9. Vehicles must be parked within designated bays. Double parking, blocking access routes, or unauthorised use of disabled or reserved bays will be subject to fines.
  10. By entering the parking facility, parking users consent to the recording of their vehicle’s license plate via ANPR for the purposes of calculating fees and enforcing these Terms and Conditions.
  11. The federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, along with the local laws of the relevant Emirate, shall govern all services. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts of that Emirate.
